Do the ThinkScript indicators repaint?+
No. The NoRepainting Pivot Indicator is built entirely on confirmed candle data. Signals only appear on the close of the confirmation candle and are never modified or removed retroactively. What you see on a historical chart is exactly what would have appeared in real-time when that candle closed.
Which ThinkorSwim and TradingView plans are required?+
The ThinkScript edition works on any ThinkorSwim account including the free paperMoney platform — no paid tier required. The TradingView edition is compatible from Basic through Premium, though multi-timeframe security() calls perform best on Essential or Plus for full simultaneous indicator counts.
What markets do the indicators work on?+
Both editions works for all STOCKS/FUTURES/FOREX, but are tuned primarily for CME Micro and full-size Futures (ES, NQ, YM, GC, CL). The Pine Script edition also performs well on major Forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY), crypto (BTC, ETH), and high-float equities. The ThinkScript edition works across all Schwab instruments including Stocks and futures.
Is this based on official ICT / Inner Circle Trader methodology?+
Yes. The indicators are coded interpretations of publicly-taught ICT concepts including Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, Break of Structure, CHoCH, Inducement, Liquidity Pools, IPDA ranges, and Killzone timing. This is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by ICT or The Inner Circle Trader. All concepts are applied as taught in publicly available educational content.
Can I import trades from my broker into the Trade Journal?+
Yes. The Trade Journal supports CSV import from Tradovate, Interactive Brokers (IBKR), Webull, TD Ameritrade/Schwab, and generic CSV. After import, the AI setup-tagger will automatically classify each trade by ICT setup type based on entry time and symbol, which you can then confirm or override manually.
