📋 The 10 Non-Negotiable Rules

Every entry must pass through this framework. No exceptions — not on winning streaks, not after a loss, not in the final days when the target is close. The system only works when all rules run together.

Core Philosophy: "The rules are not constraints. They are the system. Remove one and you're guessing. Follow all ten and execution becomes automatic."
Rule Requirement USME Enforcement
Daily Trade Limit Max 2–3 setups — stop when limit is reached AI Score gate must show ≥70 before any entry is placed
Risk Per Trade ≤ 1% of funded account per position, sized by ATR ATR-based stop sizing auto-calculated — never manual override
Daily Loss Ceiling ≤ 2% personal hard stop (even if firm allows 5%) Close platform, zero re-entries same day — non-negotiable
Session Windows London Open 2–5 AM EST · NY Open 7–10 AM EST Killzone filter active — off-window entries are automatically disqualified
Risk-Reward Floor Minimum 1:2 RR — reject all setups projecting below 1:1.5 ATR target projection must confirm before entry trigger fires
News Events Flat 2 minutes before every red-folder event — no exceptions Manual calendar check — no automation replaces this daily step
Psychology Check-In TraderEdge OS pre-session journal completed every single day Sentiment score below threshold = mandatory sit-out signal — do not override
Trade Journal SMC Journal entry within 1 hour of session close, every day Tag setup type: OB / FVG / CHoCH / BOS on every logged trade
Consistency Rule No single day exceeds 35% of total profit target Spread gains evenly — home-run days violate prop firm consistency rules
Overnight Holds None — unless the firm explicitly permits overnight positions All positions closed by 10:00 AM EST default — no exceptions

🧠 The Funded Mindset

"The goal is not to make money. The goal is to make the right decisions consistently. The funded account is the byproduct of that discipline — not the target of it."

🗺️ The 5-Phase Architecture

The 30 days are structured into five sequential phases. Each has a distinct psychological and technical focus. You do not skip ahead. The architecture exists for a reason — it mirrors how a prop firm evaluation actually unfolds emotionally and statistically.

Rule: If you are ahead of pace at a phase boundary, do not accelerate. Reduce risk and protect the buffer. Consistent execution beats aggressive execution every time.
P1 Days 1–5
Foundation & Calibration
London Open Only · Bias Mapping · USME Calibration
The first week is not about making money. It is about building the habit architecture the next 25 days run on. Day 1: mark H4 OBs and FVGs, set HTF bias, London only. Day 2: first live USME entry. Day 3: add NY Open. Day 4: journal review and calibration. Day 5: Checkpoint 1.
AI Score ≥ 70 1% Risk Max Max 2 Trades/Day Milestone: Day 5
P2 Days 6–10
Execution Consistency
Full USME Setup Library · SMT Divergence Active · CHoCH + BOS Engine
Full dual-killzone operation. CHoCH entries and FVG fills on 15M/5M confirmed by H4 bias. Days 8–9 add SMT Divergence and BOS confirmation. You are now running the complete 4-gate filter: HTF bias + Killzone timing + USME score + structure confirmation.
AI Score ≥ 70 SMT Divergence On Milestone: Day 10
P3 Days 11–15
Pressure & Discipline
ELITE Setups Only · Drawdown Management · Score Threshold Raised
Phase 3 is where challenges are lost. The profit target is in sight. Psychological pressure to deviate peaks here. USME score threshold raised to ≥80. Loss days trigger 0.5% risk for the next session. Day 14 is News Navigation focus. Day 15 is the critical halfway audit.
AI Score ≥ 80 0.5% After Loss Days Critical Milestone: Day 15
P4 Days 16–20
Target Approach
Capital Preservation · Selective Execution · One Trade/Day
Risk drops to 0.5% maximum from Day 16. Quality filter raised to PRIME & ELITE only. You are not scanning for trades — you are waiting for the trades that are unmistakably yours. Day 20 decision gate: lock, extend, or document and begin fresh.
AI Score ≥ 75 0.5% Risk Max Lock or Extend: Day 20
P5 Days 21–30
Funded Account Mode
Conservative Execution · London Only · Protect Everything
Phase 5 is not about trading. It is about protecting what was built. 1 trade/day max. London Open only. ELITE scores ≥85 required. Day 24 is mandatory sit-out. If the target is reached before Day 30 — stop. Lock the evaluation. The challenge is won when the target is locked, not when Day 30 arrives.
AI Score ≥ 85 (ELITE) 0.5% Risk Absolute Max Day 30: Challenge Complete
📅 Day 31 Protocol: The funded account is yours. Day 31 is Phase 2 of the USME Master Plan — Duplication. Use the first payout to fund Account #2's challenge fee. Apply identical parameters. Zero deviation from what passed Account #1.
📅 The 30-Day Trading Map

🔧 The 4-Tool Stack

Four tools. Four roles. No overlap. No redundancy. Each tool feeds the next — signals inform psychology, psychology refines execution, execution builds the funded account. Remove one tool and the protocol is incomplete.

System Rule: These four tools are not optional enhancements. They are the system. Running the 30-day challenge without all four active is not the USME protocol — it is an improvisation.
🎯
USME Algo — Unified Smart Money Engine
Primary Signal Engine · Entry Gate · Position Sizing
The 10-component weighted AI score system built on ICT/SMC methodology. Every entry clears the AI Score gate first. Killzone filter restricts entries to session windows automatically. ATR sizing calculates the 1% risk position. Setup of the Day (SOTD) fires one signal classification per session: WATCH, PRIME, or ELITE.
  • AI Score gating: no entry below 70 (PRIME), target ≥85 (ELITE) in final 10 days
  • Killzone filter: auto-restricts live entries to London + NY Open windows only
  • ATR stop/target: calculates position size for exactly 1% risk per ATR value
  • Setup of the Day (SOTD): WATCH / PRIME / ELITE tier alerts — once per session gate
  • Multi-timeframe bias: H4/Daily flow confirmed before 15M/5M entry trigger fires
  • SMT Divergence: cross-pair confirmation active on all A+ setups

TraderEdge — Psychology Operating System
Daily Psychology Protocol · Pre-Session Required · Sentiment Gate
The mental edge system. TraderEdge is opened before the platform — every single session. The pre-trade checklist and sentiment scoring module determine whether you trade at all. A degraded score is a mandatory sit-out signal. The protocol does not start without this tool cleared first.
  • Pre-session sentiment score: must clear threshold before platform opens — no bypass
  • Daily habit loop: sleep, exercise, focus — tracked and logged across all 30 days
  • Claude API journal analysis: identifies emotional pattern degradation before it becomes a drawdown
  • Post-session debrief: emotional state logged for each trade outcome independently
  • Weekly performance review: automated TraderEdge analytics at each checkpoint
  • Prop firm account monitoring: balance, drawdown, daily P&L tracked across accounts

📓
SMC Trade Journal App
Post-Session Documentation · Data Layer · Performance Intelligence
The data layer. Every trade logged within one hour of session close. Setup type tagged (OB entry, FVG fill, CHoCH, BOS). By Day 15, the journal reveals which USME setup type produces your highest RR — that becomes your exclusive priority for the final 15 days.
  • Setup tagging: OB / FVG Fill / CHoCH / BOS — separate performance streams tracked
  • Session classification: London vs NY Open win rate and RR tracked independently
  • RR actuals vs projected: measures execution quality against USME score projections
  • Drawdown mapping: flags sessions approaching personal daily loss ceiling
  • Milestone export: full 30-day performance report for funded account documentation

USME Master Plan
Strategic Framework · Reference Daily · Phase 1 of Master Architecture
The 30-day challenge is Phase 1 of the Master Plan. Every decision — which firm, what account size, what risk protocol, when to scale — maps directly to the Master Plan architecture. Pass the challenge, receive the first payout, and Phase 2 begins on Day 31.
  • Firm selection guide: FTMO / Apex / FundedNext / The5ers — rules mapped per account type
  • Post-challenge protocol: Day 31 = Account #2 challenge fee purchased with payout proceeds
  • Income projection model: 1 funded account → 10 funded accounts — the full architecture
  • 7 Laws enforcement: the Master Plan laws and the 30-day challenge rules are identical

The 5 Milestone Checkpoints

At each milestone, trading stops and a full system audit runs. The decision to continue, reduce risk, or pause is made entirely with data — not emotion. Missing a checkpoint review is a protocol violation equal to breaking a trade rule.

Framework: Pull SMC Journal → Run TraderEdge export → Verify consistency rule → Make one clear strategy decision → Document it → Resume trading.
5
Checkpoint 1 · Day 5 · Phase 1 Complete
Foundation Verified
Review Days 1–5 journal entries. Are USME bias maps accurate? Are London Open setups aligning with H4 OBs? Is the pre-session TraderEdge score correlating with trade outcome quality? Pull SMC Journal and check actual RR vs projected on each logged trade.
  • SMC Journal: actual RR vs projected on every trade reviewed
  • TraderEdge sentiment review: discipline improving or degrading through Week 1?
  • USME calibration: are OBs being marked at correct H4 levels?
✓ PASS CONDITION: Positive P&L or breakeven — zero rule violations across 5 days
10
Checkpoint 2 · Day 10 · Phase 2 Complete
Execution Rhythm Established
8–10 completed journal entries now reveal your highest-performing setup type. That setup becomes the exclusive primary trigger for Phase 3's raised score threshold. Run the consistency check: no single day above 35% of total profit target — verify it now.
  • SMC Journal: identify top-performing setup type by RR and win rate independently
  • Consistency check: confirm no single day exceeded 35% of target profit
  • TraderEdge 10-day export: generate performance curve and review sentiment trend
✓ PASS CONDITION: At or above 40% of profit target — zero rule violations
15
Checkpoint 3 · Day 15 · The Critical Gate — Halfway Audit
Halfway Audit — This Is Where Challenges Are Won or Lost
The most important checkpoint in the entire 30 days. The data from Days 1–15 determines your final strategy for Days 16–30. Pull full 15-day P&L review. Run TraderEdge 15-day sentiment analysis. Identify and eliminate any setup type that is net-negative in the journal data.
  • Ahead of pace: reduce risk to 0.5% for Days 16–25 — protect the buffer above all else
  • Behind pace: do NOT increase risk — maintain 1% and let the edge play out over remaining days
  • Eliminate any net-negative setup type from entry criteria for Days 16–30
✓ PASS CONDITION: Clear documented strategy decision made for the final 15 days
20
Checkpoint 4 · Day 20 · Final 10 Days Decision Gate
Lock or Extend
Three possible positions at Day 20. The decision is made with data, not feeling. Calculate exact distance to profit target. Activate USME SOTD PRIME/ELITE only — no WATCH tier entries from Day 21 forward. Risk locked at 0.5% maximum.
  • At or above target: lock — conservative mode, one London trade/day, protect the evaluation
  • Close but not there: endgame protocol, ELITE signals only, 1 trade/day London Open
  • Materially behind: accept the outcome, document all data, begin fresh challenge — data is the asset
✓ PASS CONDITION: Risk at 0.5% max — PRIME & ELITE signals only for all remaining sessions
25
Checkpoint 5 · Day 25 · Final Push Preparation
Final Push — Or Lock the Win
TraderEdge full 25-day performance export. Confirm consistency rule compliance for the entire challenge. Calculate exact distance to target. If already at the profit target — stop trading entirely. The challenge is won when the target is locked, not when Day 30 arrives.
  • TraderEdge 25-day performance export and full sentiment analysis review
  • Consistency rule confirmed for entire 30-day run — no single day above 35%
  • If target reached: activate zero-new-risk mode. If not: 1 ELITE trade/day, London only, Days 26–29
✓ PASS CONDITION: Capital lock mode if target is within margin — zero new risk taken
🛡️ Managing Risk to Pass Prop Firm Drawdown Limits

Prop firms impose strict drawdown limits. The USME Risk Protocol is designed to protect capital and ensure you stay within firm limits while accumulating consistent gains — not streaks interrupted by avoidable blowouts.

🎯 The Goal: Reach +8–10% profit while keeping drawdown below 4% personal ceiling — even when the firm allows 8%. You are not trying to get close to the drawdown limit. You are building a buffer that makes the challenge unlosable in the final 10 days.

✅ Path to Funded: With 1% risk per trade at 1:2 RR and a 45% win rate, reaching +8% over 30 days requires approximately 27 winning trades across ~60 entries. The math is conservative. The execution is the variable.
* Based on USME Master Plan protocol. Consistency over aggression — always.
🏆 Trade Management Protocol
  • Move to Breakeven — Once price moves 1.5× risk in your favor, stop moves to entry. The trade is now risk-free.
  • Partial Exit at T1 — Take 50% off at 2× risk. Let the remainder run to 3× with a trailing ATR stop.
  • After 3 Consecutive Losses — Pause. Close the platform. 30-minute minimum break. Review setups and TraderEdge sentiment score before returning.
⛔ Hard Rule: Never add to a losing position. No averaging down. No revenge trades. Let the trade play out at the original stop — or stop out clean.
