// STEP 05 — FINAL CLEARANCE

Program Agreement

Review and accept The Sentinel Program terms before your application is transmitted to the intelligence review team.

1. Program Terms

The Sentinel Program is a performance-based affiliate arrangement offered by TradeSniper Intelligence Platform ("TradeSniper"). Participation is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated on net sales after refunds and chargebacks. Tier classification is reviewed quarterly. TradeSniper reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30-day written notice. Recurring commissions apply to active subscriptions only and terminate if a subscription is cancelled or refunded.

3. Promotional Standards

Sentinels must not make exaggerated claims about trading results, guaranteed returns, or misleading characterizations of TradeSniper products. All content must comply with applicable financial promotion regulations in your jurisdiction. Sentinels are responsible for including appropriate risk disclosures in their content.

4. Brand Guidelines

Use of the TradeSniper name, USME brand, or Sentinel Program identity in your content must follow provided brand guidelines. Unauthorized trademarked use, impersonation of TradeSniper, or misrepresentation of your affiliation status will result in immediate program termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, spam, paid search bidding on TradeSniper brand terms, or any fraudulent referral activity is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of earned commissions.

6. Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly, net-15 following month close. Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Payouts are processed via bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency upon request.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation with 14 days notice. Accrued commissions on completed sales prior to termination will be honored. TradeSniper may terminate immediately in cases of material breach.

8. Independent Contractor

Sentinels are independent contractors. This agreement does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Sentinels are responsible for their own tax obligations.

I agree to include appropriate risk disclosures in all trading-related promotional content, and I understand that futures, forex, and CFD trading involves significant risk of loss.
